What you will do
- Create and maintain standardized reporting data models, business definitions, KPI frameworks, and reporting logic for supply chain business intelligence.
- Map end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, fulfillment, inventory, manufacturing coordination, logistics, transportation, and customer supply chain operations.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into reporting, analytics, and solution specifications.
- Integrate data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Design and improve dashboards, reports, metrics, and analytical solutions for operational and strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with IT, Enterprise Architecture, Business Solutions, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions and promote self-service BI adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, digital supply chain, business consulting, or a related area.
- Experience with end-to-end supply chain processes, reporting, analytics, process improvement, or digital transformation.
- Knowledge of data modeling, KPI design, SQL, data warehouse concepts, data quality management, reporting governance, and solution performance monitoring.
- Experience with business intelligence, reporting, self-service BI, advanced analytics, automation, statistical analysis, or AI-enabled analytics tools.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders in international, cross-functional environments.
