Sales Internship (Consumer Goods)

Location: Various U.S. Customer Business Centers; Cincinnati General Offices. The 10–12-week internship requires geographic mobility during and after the internship.

Salary: $29–$50 per hour.

What you will do

• Partner with strategic retailers to co-develop business plans for shoppers and the business.
• Use data-driven insights and shopper psychology to influence assortment, pricing, shelving, and merchandising.
• Own projects and deliver measurable results with Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to customer negotiations and long-term sales strategies.

Requirements

• Be graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 with a bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrate leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Have strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, business, and financial skills.
• Be willing to work at U.S. customer business centers and remain geographically mobile, including relocation flexibility.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available; participation in E-Verify applies.
