What you will do

• Create cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Document operational runbooks and engineering processes.
• Support ISO 27001, SOC, NIST, audit, and compliance documentation.
• Develop technical architecture documentation.
• Create executive- and board-facing documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical writing experience in information security or IT environments.
• Experience with information security, technical program documentation, compliance documentation, and process documentation.
• Ability to interview subject-matter experts and translate technical details into polished, audit-ready documentation.
• Strong attention to clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for frequent client interaction by email, calls, and meetings.
• Ability to work across multiple documentation standards and client templates.

Nice to have

• Degree in English, technical communication, information security, or a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent documentation projects across different clients.
