Location: On-site in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, United States. The role supports rotating day, swing, and mid shifts, including weekends and holidays, for 24x7 mission coverage.

What you will do

• Support and optimize assigned customer accesses in a 24x7 mission-essential watch center.
• Maintain front-end collection systems that collect, process, and transmit operational information.
• Work with data and voice communications, including DR voice/FAX, DNI, and advanced IP technologies.
• Support DNR/DNI collection and dataflow, including FOP configuration.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and follow standard operating procedures.
• Update technical documentation and support mission coverage across rotating shifts.

Requirements

• United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph are required.
• At least five years of experience in SIGINT development analytic support.
• At least five years within the last seven years working with modern digital or optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching networks, and/or internet communications.
• Experience with Linux command-line tools, FORNSAT, front-end survey systems, and basic troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with commercial SATCOM technologies and completion of the Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course (450).
• Flexibility to work day, swing, or mid shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

• Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451).
• Scripting experience with Bash, Shell, or Python.
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi.
