What you will do

• Identify and own critical gaps in project development, land acquisition, and engineering.
• Drive rapid iteration and execution across utility-scale energy projects.
• Collaborate with a high-ownership team to solve ambiguous, complex technical and operational challenges.
• Apply specialized expertise to accelerate the deployment of clean energy infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Visa sponsorship is not available
• Proven track record of building or solving highly ambiguous, difficult problems.
• Ability to take instinctive ownership of undefined challenges.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
• Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends as needed
