General Open Call for Applications (Advanced Fission)

Location: Any. Remote employees must travel to headquarters in Santa Clara, California twice per quarter based on business or team needs, and complete the first two weeks of onboarding in person.

Requirements

• A demonstrated track record of excellence in any field is highly regarded; specific experience is not mandatory.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently in an evolving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar and spelling.
• Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable solving open-ended problems.
• Ability to travel to the Santa Clara headquarters twice per quarter and attend the first two weeks of onboarding in person.
