Purchases Internship (Supply Chain)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States; purchasing internships are 12-week engagements from May to August 2026.

Salary: $29.00–$50.00 per hour, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop sourcing strategies to support innovation, reduce costs, and influence supplier industries.
• Negotiate agreements with suppliers across areas such as advertising, IT services, packaging, and construction.
• Optimize supplier inventory levels, order quantities, and logistics.
• Incorporate sustainability into supplier relationships and purchasing decisions.
• Partner daily with internal functions and manage projects with increasing responsibility.
• Connect supplier capabilities with business needs to generate value for the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, industrial engineering, chemical engineering, information technology, marketing, sales, construction management, mechanical engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Availability for a 12-week internship from May through August 2026 is required.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
