Salary: CAD $70 per hour, approximately CAD $145,600 per year, plus performance bonuses.

What you will do

Provide medication counselling and clinical pharmacy services.
Lead and support the pharmacy team.
Manage pharmacy workflow and daily operations.
Ensure compliance with Alberta pharmacy standards.

Requirements

Pharmacist licensed to practice in Alberta.
Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Patient-focused approach.
Ability to lead and motivate a pharmacy team.
