Staff Accountant

Location: Onsite at the corporate office in New York, NY

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 annual base salary, plus benefits, a short-term incentive program, clothing allowance, and merchandise discounts.

hirify.global is a growing fashion retail company with a corporate office in New York.

What you will do

• Support month-end close by preparing journal entries and accruals, including wholesale margin entries and sales reporting.
• Manage employee corporate credit card expenses in SAP Concur and post expenses to the general ledger.
• Review and post shipping invoices from FedEx, UPS, DHL, and other vendors.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and intercompany transactions with complete supporting documentation.
• Assist with audit support and contribute to ad hoc accounting projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and broader Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with systems integration and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.
• Ability to work onsite at the New York corporate office.
