SIGDEV Analyst 2 (CCAs Accepted)

Location: On-site in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, United States. The role supports 24x7 operations with day, swing, and mid shifts, including weekends and holidays. United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph are required.

What you will do

• Provide SIGINT development analytic support to optimize and develop assigned customer accesses.
• Research and analyze collection and collateral data to develop targets of interest and analytic strategies.
• Identify target communications within global networks, including data and voice communications over IP.
• Support DR/DNI collection, dataflow, front-end collection systems, and survey systems.
• Develop techniques and tools for collecting, evaluating, analyzing, documenting, locating, and presenting information.
• Provide guidance to Level 1 contractor personnel and maintain mission coverage across varying schedules.

Requirements

• United States citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph.
• At least five years of demonstrated SIGINT development analytic support experience.
• At least five years within the last seven years working with modem digital or optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching networks, and/or internet communications.
• Experience with Linux command-line operations, FORNSAT, front-end collection systems, DR/DNI collection and dataflow, and FOP configuration.
• Knowledge of SIGINT target development, communications systems exploitation, report repositories, and associated software applications and databases.
• Availability for day, swing, or mid shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a 24x7 mission-essential environment.

Nice to have

• Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course (451).
• Scripting experience with Bash, Shell, or Python.
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi.
