Internal Controls & Audit Manager

What you will do

• Serve as a center of expertise for sales stewardship and provide guidance on internal controls and global policy compliance.
• Lead quarterly end-to-end audits of sales processes, analyze findings, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures and records for audits, compliance checks, and sales stewardship activities.
• Represent the company in external audit engagements and support compliance training, workshops, and training materials.
• Support invoice clearance by prioritizing pending receivables, analyzing cash flow impact, and leading weekly aged claims reviews.
• Coordinate documentation with sales teams and internal and external auditors, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in finance, sales operations, or audit, ideally within a multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, stewardship, internal controls, and risk mitigation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, plus experience with financial reporting tools.
