Location: Newmarket, Auckland, New Zealand; hybrid arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Prepare and analyze actual performance using variance analysis to identify root causes.
• Partner with Sales, Trade Finance, Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations on financial analysis and reporting.
• Assess trade spend against plans and trends, and evaluate customer-facing opportunities.
• Own monthly performance reporting, including Price Volume Mix analysis and communication of business drivers.
• Prepare and analyze forecasts, Strategic Plans, Annual Operating Plans, and zero-based budgets.
• Build financial models and scenario plans to provide insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• Several years of relevant experience alongside financial training or financial business partnering experience.
• Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to explain financial drivers clearly to senior stakeholders and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• FMCG experience.
• Experience with Tableau, Demantra, JDA, SAP, Circana or UNIFY, and Quantium.
