Agile Developer 2 (Java/Spring Boot)

Location: On-site in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, United States

Salary: $77.60–$105.08 per hour, plus eligibility for a $5,000 bonus.

What you will do

• Analyze system requirements, concepts of operations, acquisition plans, and system descriptions.
• Develop evaluation and test plans, procedures, readiness assessments, and reports.
• Prepare for and conduct data collection and analysis, then report status and results.
• Develop Java Spring Boot microservices and REST services using AWS-native technologies.
• Implement CI/CD practices with Maven, GitLab, and GitOps in an Agile delivery environment.
• Coordinate with other test organizations and support T&E program integration.

Requirements

• United States Citizenship and an appropriate federal security clearance are required.
• TS/SCI clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph is required.
• An active Top Secret clearance with a CI polygraph within the last seven years is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Six years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree plus four years of relevant experience.
• Ability to support an on-call rotation and communicate effectively with engineers and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Java, Spring Boot, or Python experience.
• Microservice architecture and AWS tooling experience.
• Maven, GitLab, GitOps, Kubernetes, or Docker experience.
• NoSQL or MongoDB query and schema design experience.
• OAuth/OIDC, Playwright, or Cucumber experience.
