IT Audit Manager - USDS (Cybersecurity)

Location: San Jose, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

Salary: $115,556–$215,967 annually, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses, incentives, and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Develop and execute IT audit plans, conduct risk assessments, and perform independent audit testing.
• Lead audits from planning and fieldwork through reporting, remediation tracking, and workpaper review.
• Assess IT general controls, cybersecurity frameworks, cloud security, data privacy, and SDLC controls.
• Quantify technology risk exposure and communicate the business impact of audit findings.
• Manage co-source audit partners and support future in-house IT audit hires.
• Partner with IT, Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Global Internal Audit teams on governance and control initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT audit experience, preferably in a technology company, consulting firm, or highly regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT risk assessment, ITGCs, cybersecurity controls, cloud computing, and frameworks including NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and COBIT.
• Solid understanding of SOX and COSO frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience managing in-house teams and third-party or co-source audit partners while leading complex engagements.
• Strong collaboration, communication, relationship-building, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• CPA, CIA, or CISA certification.
• Experience monitoring regulatory developments and IT risk management best practices.
