Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year

What you will do

• Develop concepts and execute visual strategies for Baby Care brands across packaging, product graphics, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, and social media.
• Apply brand guidelines consistently and creatively across consumer touchpoints.
• Collaborate with design colleagues and multifunctional partners.
• Communicate and justify conceptual and directional design choices.
• Deliver excellent execution from concept through final design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a similar field.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design and brand identity mastery, including creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat, as well as Microsoft business programs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, listening, project management, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage complexity, set priorities, respond flexibly to change, and remain accountable through final delivery.
