Customer Success Technical Advisor

Location: Hybrid role based in Worcester, UK. Initial training is full-time from the Worcester office, Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:30. Weekend work is remote, and remote working is available on Fridays. Candidates must provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK; relocation packages and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Provide expert technical support for hosting, email, and other digital products.
• Resolve customer enquiries through phone and ticketing systems.
• Guide customers through product configuration, features, and best practices.
• Identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to resolve complex issues and improve services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and explain new features and product updates.

Requirements

• Experience in customer support, preferably in a phone-based and commercially focused environment.
• Strong communication, active listening, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
• Familiarity with CMS and ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of billing and account management processes.
• Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
• Ability to work scheduled weekday and occasional early or late shifts.
