Supervisor, Maintenance (Night Shift)

Location: Wilson, North Carolina, United States; onsite night shift

Salary: $73,614–$103,528 per year. Eligible for a bonus plan with a target of 6% of base salary.

What you will do

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee routine and non-routine maintenance and repairs for production equipment, facilities, and utilities.
• Assess equipment problems, identify root causes, perform repairs, and complete documentation.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance personnel across departments.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance procedures and critical spare-parts inventories.
• Review completed work, conduct employee reviews, and train new and existing mechanics.
• Ensure functional safety equipment and compliance with cGMP, safety, environmental, energy, and quality management requirements.

Requirements

• Knowledge and practical skills in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance activities and supervise maintenance mechanics.
• Ability to establish preventive maintenance procedures and manage spare-parts inventories.
• Ability to communicate effectively with directors, managers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
• Ability to maintain compliance with cGMP and company safety procedures.
