What you will do

• Perform routine testing using HPLC, TLC, FTIR, pH, and UV-Vis methods, with an emphasis on chromatography.
• Troubleshoot analytical instrumentation using structured problem-solving skills.
• Update and route SOPs, methods of analysis, and specifications through Documentum.
• Document testing according to Good Documentation Practices and perform peer review of analytical data.
• Manage work according to departmental priorities and communicate issues clearly with management and peers.
• Provide guidance to Associate Scientist personnel when needed.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related physical science.
• 1–4 years of related pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Familiarity with cGMP and FDA regulations.
• Hands-on experience with chromatographic methods and chromatography data systems such as Empower.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Effective spoken and written English comprehension is required for policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications.
