SIGDEV Analyst 1 (CCAs Accepted)

Location: On-site in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, United States. The role supports rotating day, swing, and mid shifts, including weekends and holidays, within a 24x7 mission-essential operation.

Salary: $49.60–$67.17 per hour

What you will do

• Support SIGINT development analytic operations and optimize assigned customer accesses.
• Work with data and voice communications, including DR, DNI, and advanced IP technologies.
• Maintain front-end collection systems and survey systems supporting continuous mission coverage.
• Configure and support DNR/DNI collection and dataflows, including FOP configuration.
• Identify target communications within global networks and develop analytic vectors.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, follow SOPs, and update operational documentation.

Requirements

• United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph are required.
• At least five years of SIGINT development analytic support experience.
• At least five years within the last seven years working with modern digital or optical telecommunications systems, telephony switching networks, and/or internet communications.
• Demonstrated Linux experience, including command-line use.
• FORNSAT experience, front-end collection systems experience, and DNR/DNI collection and dataflow experience.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays in a 24x7 operation.

Nice to have

• Basic Communications Signals Collection and Processing Course 450 or Intermediate Communications Signals Analysis Course 451.
• Scripting experience with Bash, Shell, or Python.
• Familiarity with Apache NiFi, network protocols, and commercial SATCOM technologies.
