Senior Penetration Testing, Software Assurance and Vulnerability Assessment Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide senior-level penetration testing, software assurance, and vulnerability assessment engineering support.
• Conduct software assurance activities and penetration testing using industry-standard automated tools.
• Identify, analyze, document, and communicate vulnerabilities and actionable remediation recommendations.
• Support vulnerability management, security patch management, and remediation tracking.
• Engineer secure cloud, hybrid, and software environments.
• Support Cross Domain Solution activities.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of total related experience.
• At least 2 years of recent experience in software assurance, penetration testing with automated tools, vulnerability assessment, security patch management, secure cloud or hybrid engineering, and Cross Domain Solutions.
• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and CISSP certifications, or comparable demonstrable experience.
• Experience with vulnerability identification, assessment, remediation tracking, and secure engineering activities.
• Must work on-site in Washington, District of Columbia, United States.
