Senior Network Penetration Tester / Red Teamer (Cybersecurity)

Salary: $120,000–$150,000 annual

What you will do

• Plan and execute complex penetration tests and red team engagements.
• Assess networks, applications, infrastructure, and Active Directory environments.
• Conduct adversary simulations that replicate realistic attack techniques and threat actor behavior.
• Identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, security weaknesses, and potential attack paths.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings, risks, attack methods, and remediation recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with defensive security teams, contribute to offensive security tools and methodologies, and mentor junior professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional red teaming experience and 3 years of professional Active Directory experience.
• Experience with complex penetration tests, adversary simulations, vulnerability analysis, and attack-path assessment in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of penetration testing, red team methodologies, cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Burp Suite, Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Nmap, and Kali Linux.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly and handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Nice to have

• Experience with malware development, reverse engineering, or exploit development.
• OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, CRTO, GPEN, or comparable offensive security certification.
