Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacy)

Location: Calgary East Area, Alberta, Canada; on-site at a pharmacy approximately 50 km east of Calgary city centre

Salary: CAD 124,700–CAD 157,000 per year, plus a CAD 10,400 location premium, CAD 2,020 travel allowance for candidates travelling from outside Strathmore, and up to 18% of regular earnings through the Short-Term Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations.
• Provide excellent patient care.
• Lead and support the pharmacy team.

• Work with the Kroll pharmacy system.

Requirements

• Pharmacist licensed to practice in Alberta.
• Two years of Alberta experience as a Staff Pharmacist, or two years of pharmacy management experience outside Alberta.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Patient-focused approach.
• Availability for a full-time on-site schedule: Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and weekends from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
