What you will do

• Complete provincial regulatory requirements for pharmacist licensure under the guidance of a pharmacist preceptor.
• Provide supervised, patient-focused care in partnership with patients and healthcare providers.
• Identify, evaluate, interpret, and communicate drug and pharmacy practice information.
• Educate patients and promote health while protecting patient confidentiality.
• Follow pharmacy drug distribution protocols to ensure the safety, accuracy, and quality of supplied products.
• Adhere to legal, ethical, professional, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.
• Hold a Pharmacist Intern License.
• Complete all requirements established by the applicable provincial regulatory body.
• Work under the supervision of a designated pharmacist preceptor and pharmacy manager.
