Salary: $89,900–$143,800 annually; minimum target pay for the primary location is $116,700–$143,800.

What you will do

• Analyze data from CRO-generated ligand binding assays, including ELISA and Meso Scale Discovery, for protein analytes in nonclinical species and biological matrices.
• Manage method transfer, qualification, validation, bioanalysis, and troubleshooting of nonclinical pharmacokinetic and ligand binding methods with external CROs.
• Develop and refine quantitative bioanalytical methods using ELISA, MSD, bDNA, qPCR, and immunogenicity assays.
• Review study designs, workflows, Statements of Work, purchase orders, and follow-up activities to support study execution.
• Collaborate with therapeutic area, nonclinical, and program or project management teams on therapeutic candidate development.
• Prepare summary presentations and detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders while supporting regulated bioanalysis.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field with three years of relevant experience; alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience.
• Experience with bioanalytical assays, including ligand binding assays and hybridization-based quantitative methods for biological samples.
• Experience with bioanalytical method qualification, transfer, validation, and development for pharmacokinetic, toxicokinetic, safety, and efficacy endpoints.
• Experience performing sample analysis, troubleshooting assays, preparing validation reports, and quantifying protein analytes in nonclinical species and matrices.
• Knowledge of immunology and pharmacology to troubleshoot and refine assay conditions for improved accuracy and reliability.
