What you will do

• Develop plans and direct overall construction activities to achieve project objectives.
• Manage budgeting, production planning, and regional office staffing needs.
• Provide supervisory leadership for Project Managers, engineers, administrative staff, and field personnel.
• Drive business development by identifying bid opportunities and building relationships with owners, architects, and engineers.
• Implement and maintain departmental standards, procedures, and profitability goals in collaboration with the VP.
• Ensure compliance with corporate safety, quality programs, and EEO/Affirmative Action policies.

Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering required.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience.
• Proven experience with a general contractor managing projects or programs.
• Advanced understanding of production methods, construction processes, and personnel supervision.
• Strong knowledge of cost reporting, cash flow management, and JOC proposals.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
