Senior Fullstack Engineer (.NET / React)

Builds enterprise SaaS video interview and chatbot platforms for the HR technology ecosystem.

What you will do

• Design and implement reliable, plug-and-play integrations with external Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Master third-party APIs while maintaining data integrity and system reliability.
• Build internal tools and high-performance interfaces that simplify complex workflows.
• Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks using performance and error monitoring.
• Develop scalable solutions, write comprehensive tests, review code, and document architectural patterns.
• Collaborate with software engineers, engineering leadership, QA engineers, product managers, and product designers while coaching less experienced developers.

Requirements

• .NET and C# experience in production environments.
• Professional React experience.
• Experience with MS SQL or similar relational databases.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate throughout the software development life cycle.
• Experience writing tests, conducting code reviews, and documenting technical work.
