What you will do

• Lead the development and production of responses to RFPs, RFSQs, and RFTs, managing schedules, meetings, content, document control, and final quality assurance.
• Prepare and tailor proposal materials, including narratives, executive summaries, cover letters, resumes, organization charts, capability statements, and presentations.
• Coordinate with marketing managers, proposal teams, technical subject matter experts, and departments such as HR, finance, legal, and technical services.
• Lead interview preparation for shortlisted pursuits, including presentation development, rehearsals, and presentation-material management.
• Lead proposal debriefs, identify lessons learned, and contribute to improved tools, templates, processes, and best practices.
• Coach junior proposal and marketing staff while maintaining corporate literature, marketing collateral, and proposal files.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
• At least 5 years of relevant technical editing or writing experience; AEC industry experience is an asset.
• Ability to interpret RFP and qualification requirements and develop accurate, relevant responses.
• Excellent organization, writing, proofreading, communication, problem-solving, and independent-work skills.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat, is required.

• Experience with Deltek Vision CRM software.
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
