Associate Director, Digital Marketing - Alamo (Music)

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Set goals for artists and projects and build timelines, content plans, and activations.
• Secure artist and partner buy-in and execute digital marketing ideas.
• Oversee social media and platform optimization, delivery logistics, and campaign coordination.
• Develop creative digital campaigns informed by music culture, brands, influencers, and emerging trends.
• Manage multiple social accounts with millions of followers and oversee their activity and growth.
• Commission and create content including videos, Snapchat lenses, memes, and other social assets.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience leading digital campaigns for rap artists and projects; label experience is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the modern rap genre and its history.
• Experience working with social platform and music streaming service staff is preferred.
• Ability to work standard business hours and attend music events at night.
• Strong communication, collaboration, creativity, and passion for music.
