Global Leader, Product Innovation Engineering (Medtech)

Location: Salem, New Hampshire, USA; office environment with approximately 50% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Lead product and process innovation strategies, roadmaps, and capability expansion for Interventional Solutions.
• Manage customer-specific programs from concept through launch, maintaining timelines, budgets, quality, compliance, and performance requirements.
• Align innovation priorities with commercial, business development, finance, operations, sales, quality, customers, and industry partners.
• Empower global multidisciplinary teams and develop talent strategies focused on high-performing and engaged engineering teams.
• Track revenue, timeliness, pipeline value, and other performance metrics while driving corrective actions and execution excellence.
• Monitor customer, market, technology, and regulatory trends; support technical credibility through papers and industry presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, material science, technology, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience leading product development engineering, R&D, or technology innovation teams, including relevant medical device industry experience.
• Experience developing product technology strategy, innovation roadmaps, and products through the full development, manufacturing, and quality lifecycle.
• Ability to lead teams in solving complex technical problems and translating research into technical capabilities and product solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and operations managers and establish executive-level relationships with customers and industry leaders.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, self-direction, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
