OSINT and Digital Reconnaissance Analyst

What you will do

• Research, acquire, process, analyze, and fuse data to produce tailored intelligence products and services.
• Support Requests for Information and collaborate with members of the Intelligence Community.
• Develop tactical recommendations, OPLANs, CONPLANs, CONOPS, and other operational planning products for SOF missions.
• Review and improve SOPs, technical procedures, tools, data sources, and repositories; help define requirements for new capabilities.
• Create and deliver OSINT/DR training materials and recommend analyst qualification standards.
• Conduct open-source research on subsea and seabed warfare, anti-submarine warfare, emerging threats, adversary capabilities, and advanced technologies.

Requirements

• Adjudicated Top Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information is required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport.
• Master-level ability to research, gather, process, analyze, and fuse OSINT with other intelligence data and databases.
• Extensive knowledge of intelligence data types, formats, structures, databases, and OSINT/DR tools and methods.
• Experience with multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, and OSINT.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, counterintelligence, and OPSEC procedures.

Nice to have

• At least three years of recent experience supporting Special Operations Forces.
• Advanced data management experience, including extracting, transforming, loading, and converting data.
• Experience with Activity-Based Intelligence data and analytical concepts.
• Experience developing tactics, techniques, procedures, and operational concepts for SSW and ASW.
