OSINT Investigator

What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive OSINT investigations across e-commerce marketplaces, social media, websites, domains, and the open web.
• Identify and attribute infringing sellers and threat actors by connecting digital identifiers, corporate records, payment details, and shipping data.
• Manage investigative projects from initiation to completion, including external vendors and outsourced tasks.
• Design and improve scalable investigative processes and intelligence-gathering workflows.
• Present complex findings to customers and internal stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
• Validate sources, preserve defensible evidence, and produce intelligence reports with actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on experience with OSINT methodologies and investigation tools.
• Experience using WHOIS, DNS analysis, reverse image search, corporate registries, archived websites, geolocation, and social media analysis.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder communication, and customer-facing work.
• Experience with process design and managing outsourced tasks or vendor relationships.
• Familiarity with commercial OSINT and link-analysis platforms such as Maltego, IBM i2, or similar tools.
• Relevant experience in brand protection, fraud investigations, cyber threat intelligence, law enforcement, AML/KYC, or digital investigations is strongly preferred.
