What you will do

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate intelligence insights and leads.
• Maintain target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to obtain additional target information.
• Maintain databases supporting targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps and tailor or enable collection to close them.
• Analyze communications, network usage, and digital footprints using multiple analytical disciplines.
• Document, contextualize, and share findings and newly developed tradecraft with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.
• Relevant intelligence analysis experience, including target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, customer tool sets, and databases.
• Experience requirements: 12 years with a high school/GED diploma, 10 years with an associate's degree, 8 years with a bachelor's degree, 6 years with a master's degree, or 4 years with a doctorate.
• Ability to apply knowledge of Intelligence Community needs and missions.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Foreign language proficiency.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
