Supply Chain & Logistics Managerial Traineeship (Supply Chain/Logistics): Managing demand planning, supply chain innovation, customer promotions, and end-to-end synchronization across Central Europe with an accent on Power BI, SAP, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on implementing new product launches, improving promotional planning, and designing customer-centric supply chain solutions.
Location: Kyiv General Office, Ukraine; hybrid schedule with 2–3 days of office presence per week and remote work on other days
Salary: Gross monthly salary of 58,750 UAH during the traineeship

What you will do
- Manage short- and long-term category demand planning across Central Europe using Power BI, SAP, and other platforms.
- Implement supply chain innovations and support new product launches in close cooperation with the Brand Team.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners to create competitive solutions and deliver customer value.
- Work with Sales to improve the quality of customer promotions and feature planning.
- Drive end-to-end supply chain synchronization with a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
- Be a third-, fourth-, or fifth-year student or a recent graduate.
- Fluent Ukrainian and English communication skills required.
- Strong initiative, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Positive attitude toward challenges and change.
