Data Processing Analyst (Fintech)

Location: New York City, United States; onsite daily. Candidates located in or open to relocating to New York City are encouraged to apply.

Salary: $65K–$68K per year.

What you will do

• Process and monitor account information, including updates from clients and investment funds.
• Monitor inbound data, identify relevant updates, and classify them accurately.
• Coordinate tax-season documents and ensure timely, accurate submission.
• Extract, reconcile, and process data from multiple sources.
• Conduct quality control, internal audits, system reviews, and data accuracy checks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and improve data processing workflows.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data processing, data management, or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data classification and processing.
• Experience handling sensitive financial data securely and confidentially.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to work onsite daily in the New York City office.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial or private investment data.
• Finance or accounting coursework.
• Proficiency with Excel.
