Senior Global FP&A Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Southfield, Michigan, United States. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead global budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and variance analysis across business units, legal entities, regions, and currencies.
• Build driver-based financial models covering volume, price/mix, foreign exchange, costs, and profitability.
• Design, automate, and maintain global financial reports, dashboards, analytics, and executive presentation materials using OneStream and related tools.
• Consolidate actual, forecast, budget, and strategic plan results and coordinate reporting, budgeting, and forecasting calendars.
• Partner with finance, accounting, and operational leaders to validate data, reconcile variances, and support business reviews.
• Establish FP&A processes, reporting standards, controls, templates, and governance practices while driving automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience in a multinational, multi-entity environment.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical, communication, and business partnering capabilities.
• Knowledge of multi-currency reporting and foreign exchange analysis.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification.
• Experience with OneStream or similar EPM and planning platforms.
• Experience with CMS ERP, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Additional language proficiency and experience supporting global finance organizations.
