Site Search Associate, Digital Merchandising

What you will do

• Audit onsite search results, keyword performance, and search behavior; identify and resolve relevance issues.
• Maintain search rules, redirects, synonyms, keyword mappings, ranking strategies, vendor landing pages, and custom search results pages.
• Support product launches, promotions, taxonomy updates, category and site navigation changes.
• Validate product attributes, metadata, and catalog content, escalating data quality issues as needed.
• Monitor engagement and conversion metrics, analyze customer behavior, and recommend performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Product Management, and Content teams on search and merchandising initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in onsite search, digital merchandising, ecommerce operations, or product discovery.
• Experience with Bloomreach, Algolia, Coveo, Salesforce Commerce Cloud Search, or a similar platform.
• Experience managing search rules, synonyms, redirects, taxonomy, navigation, and search relevance.
• Experience with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Looker Studio, plus CMS or PIM experience.
• Strong Excel, communication, analytical, organizational, ownership, and prioritization skills.
