Junior eCommerce Merchandising Specialist (eCommerce)

What you will do

• Manage and update product content across North American eCommerce websites for desktop and mobile.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Marketing, Ecommerce, and Creative teams to maintain accurate, engaging product pages.
• Review digital assets and marketing campaigns for accuracy and compliance with style guidelines.
• Submit and track creative requests for website updates.
• Use website data and feedback to suggest improvements to the online shopping experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; a major in Merchandising, Marketing, or Communications is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or project management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• All positions are on-site.
• New hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital marketing, web analytics, or GA4/Google.
