What you will do

• Plan, build, and manage CMS content, including landing pages, product listing pages, promotional banners, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Analyze homepage, site, and customer behavior data to improve product discovery, engagement, conversion, and revenue.
• Develop data-driven merchandising, promotional, personalization, and targeting strategies.
• Own the merchandising calendar and coordinate campaign planning with business goals.
• Identify automation opportunities, standardize workflows, and create reusable merchandising playbooks and best practices.
• Collaborate with design, UX/UI, product, marketing, and engineering teams to improve CMS functionality, templates, and the shopping experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce merchandising.
• Proficiency with ecommerce platforms and CMS tools; Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable merchandising strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Systems curiosity and an orientation toward automation using modern digital tools or AI applications.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of HTML.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud product setup, attribute management, category assignments, and job workflows.
