What you will do
- Process and maintain the purchase ledger, including purchase order matching, invoice coding, and invoice processing.
- Support month-end activities by booking prepayments and investigating discrepancies.
- Complete supplier statement reconciliations, control account reconciliations, and monthly subledger aging reviews.
- Run weekly supplier payments and coordinate travel and expense payments.
- Provide audit information, ad hoc reports, and administrative support to the finance team.
- Act as the first point of contact for relevant internal and external queries while meeting monthly processing deadlines.
Requirements
- Accurate and efficient processing of accounting postings and financial data.
- Ability to maintain current system data, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
