Manufacturing Process Technology Manager

What you will do

• Lead technical oversight and continuous improvement of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve equipment utilization, process efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness.
• Manage technical aspects of product transfers, including equipment assessments, gap analyses, process implementation, and project execution.
• Lead technical investigations, root-cause analyses, change controls, and process improvement projects.
• Prepare and maintain Master Batch Records, transfer protocols, reports, and manufacturing data.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and customer-facing teams while coaching technical personnel.

Requirements

• Tertiary education with a postgraduate degree in Life Sciences.
• Extensive proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector, including technology transfer, formulation, and process engineering.
• Expertise in solid dosage form manufacturing and packaging techniques, including statistical evaluations.
• Experience leading improvement projects, technical investigations, problem-solving activities, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong presentation, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technology degree.
