Senior Lead SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)

Location: Fairhaven, Massachusetts, United States of America; willingness to travel as needed for global business and SAP implementation initiatives.

Pay range: $137,483.00–$175,017.00 annually.

What you will do

• Lead the design, implementation, solution ownership, and continuous improvement of the global SAP S/4HANA EWM platform.
• Drive a global greenfield SAP implementation and define best practices for inbound and outbound logistics, inventory, physical inventory, wave, labor, yard, cross-docking, slotting, and RF-enabled warehouse processes.
• Analyze business requirements, create functional specifications and solution designs, and coordinate system and user acceptance testing.
• Integrate SAP EWM with SAP MM, SD, PP, TM, QM, and other supply chain applications.
• Troubleshoot warehouse operations issues, manage enhancements through change management, and drive sustainable process improvements.
• Support training, user adoption, master data initiatives, documentation, and the long-term SAP roadmap in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, MIS, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP ERP experience, including SAP S/4HANA greenfield and brownfield implementations.
• Deep functional expertise in SAP EWM configuration, implementation, and support, including end-to-end warehouse management solutions.
• Experience with warehouse automation technologies such as barcode scanning, RF devices, conveyors, warehouse control systems, and related technologies.
• Experience creating functional specifications and test plans, executing system testing, and supporting user acceptance testing.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, training, and change management skills.
