What you will do

• Analyze and interpret complex chemistry, biochemistry, and formulation data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods using HPLC, GC, LC-MS, FTIR, and ddPCR.
• Design scalable formulations for small molecules and biologics in early-stage clinical trials and optimize drug manufacturing processes.
• Write and review GMP SOPs and conduct testing according to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and GMP standards.
• Train and mentor team members on analytical methods, instrumentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to improve efficiency and deliver high-quality results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of laboratory experience with expertise in analytical methods and formulation development.
• At least 3 years of technical writing experience, including GMP SOP development.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and laboratory instrument software.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, project planning, and time-management skills.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and compliance.
