Paid Social Lead (Marketing)

What you will do

• Lead paid social strategies, including budget and media planning, forecasting, testing frameworks, learning roadmaps, and measurement plans.
• Conduct platform audits and optimize campaign execution and results.
• Collaborate with media, creative, strategy, technology teams, clients, and platform partners to monitor and improve campaigns.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for client leadership and platform representatives.
• Use Alli to create tailored data analyses and reports and contribute to the platform’s evolution.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure project timelines, budgets, and strategic objectives are met.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in paid social strategy or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate expertise in paid social, marketing metrics, and marketing planning and analysis.
• Proficiency with Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, team leadership, and mentoring skills.
