Intern, Revenue Marketing (Sports)

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States; work includes nights, weekends, and holidays for games and events.

Salary: $16.37 per hour

What you will do

• Execute revenue marketing campaigns supporting events, retail and premium seating promotions, ticket pack activations, membership sales and retention, lead generation, and community initiatives.
• Assist with marketing technology builds across ticketing and sales platforms, email and SMS marketing, websites, and apps.
• Support brand and product campaigns across digital, video, television, radio, app, print, and influencer channels.
• Research competitors, market trends, and customer behavior and help prepare reports using analytics data.
• Provide project management support, maintain content and project calendars, and coordinate print materials.
• Write, proofread, and edit marketing copy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of hockey and exposure to backend website management tools or CMS platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Experience managing website or app content; experience with content calendars and project management systems is preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, communication, prioritization, collaboration, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and perform physical activities including lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Degree with a sports emphasis.
