Sr Manager Audit & Compliance

Location: United States, Texas — any city; in-person collaboration is prioritized

Salary: $119,900–$222,700 per year

What you will do

• Lead and independently execute complex audits and compliance reviews in line with approved audit plans.
• Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, audit programs, policies, and procedures.
• Evaluate internal controls, identify weaknesses, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with business units to assess and improve compliance processes.
• Mentor junior team members through guidance, feedback, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a similar audit and compliance role.
• Experience managing audit and compliance processes.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Ability to stay current with industry knowledge, technology, regulations, and best practices.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
