What you will do

• Identify and select influencers aligned with client audiences and campaign objectives.
• Develop and execute influencer campaigns in coordination with creators, talent agencies, internal teams, and clients.
• Oversee branded content creation and delivery while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Monitor influencer marketing trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
• Mentor and guide Associate-level team members while supporting broader media-channel objectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Influencer & Branded Content and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in content creation, influencer marketing strategy, and impactful brand partnerships.
• Experience with contract review, proposal development, project implementation, and campaign delivery.
• Strong presentation, communication, reporting, client service, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with influencer management dashboards, social media platforms, and campaign analytics.
• Understanding of advertising standards and experience building influencer-industry relationships.
