Maintenance Manager

Location: Lund, Sweden; permanent onsite daytime position

Company

Global food-packaging and technical-services organization operating a spare-parts warehouse for packaging equipment.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five production technicians.
• Ensure high availability and operational reliability of warehouse equipment, automation solutions, and technical systems.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, resource allocation, and the maintenance budget.
• Drive World Class Manufacturing, continuous improvement, digitalization, standardization, and technical improvement initiatives.
• Track KPIs, lead root cause analyses, and ensure corrective actions are implemented and followed up.
• Collaborate with business, quality, and support functions to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and future warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree in Engineering, Production, Logistics, or equivalent experience.
• Several years of leadership experience with responsibility for developing employees toward shared goals.
• Experience in maintenance operations within warehousing, logistics, automated material flows, or industrial operations.
• Required experience with World Class Manufacturing, Lean, or similar improvement methodologies, including documented change and improvement results.
• Strong analytical, KPI, root cause analysis, systems, and data-driven follow-up skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written, required.
