Conventions Coordinator, Temp

What you will do

• Support trade shows and association events by setting up projects, meetings, timelines, and task tracking.
• Research event deadlines, sponsorship opportunities, booth specifications, and exhibitor requirements.
• Maintain show information decks, event records, deadlines, and post-show documentation.
• Research sponsorship, booth upgrade, and event add-on pricing and prepare comparisons.
• Coordinate shipping materials, order tracking, vendor confirmations, and status reports.
• Review documentation and convention activities for alignment with company policies and brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with research, summarizing findings, and presenting organized documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; willingness to learn and take direction.
