Senior Product Manager (IoT Hardware)

Location: Onsite Monday through Friday at the Pico Rivera, California office; no remote work available.

Salary: $140,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

• Define the vision, goals, roadmap, pricing strategy, and revenue plans for a product category.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product creation, launches, portfolio health, SKU rationalization, and end-of-life transitions.
• Present category strategies to retail buyers and partner with Sales to accelerate pipeline conversion.
• Develop sales enablement materials and coordinate launch readiness across Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Operations, and Sales.
• Lead and mentor Product Development Managers involved in prototyping, cost negotiations, and factory partnerships.
• Use market research, customer insights, competitive analysis, KPIs, and financial models to guide strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in senior product or business leadership roles, ideally in lighting, consumer electronics, or IoT hardware.
• Proven P&L ownership and strategic planning experience.
• Expertise in end-to-end product lifecycle and end-of-life management.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, stakeholder management, analytical, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Pico Rivera, California.
