Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst (Microsoft BI)

What you will do

• Develop custom solutions using the Microsoft BI Stack, including SSIS and SSRS.
• Develop, support, and maintain ETL solutions for a data warehouse.
• Use Excel, Power Pivot, and VBA to deliver automation and analytical solutions.
• Create requirements documentation, analyze requirements, track status, and manage changes.
• Coordinate internal and external resources across multiple concurrent projects and changing priorities.
• Provide second-line support for internal and third-party systems, including issue resolution and solution deployment.

Requirements

• At least four years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing ETL solutions, specifically with Microsoft SSIS.
• Strong T-SQL skills, including stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or specialized training in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize effectively, and support multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to document requirements and functional specifications using Visio.

Nice to have

• Experience with VB.NET and SSAS.
• Familiarity with trading, back-office accounting, and finance software operations.
